Duncan Onyango has 27 years of senior management experience in leading large-scale investment, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) support and infrastructure projects across East Africa. Duncan delivered Kenya’s first public-private partnership (PPP), attracting investment of close to $290 million as a Chief Financial Officer at Rift Valley Railways. He currently serves as Board Chair of the Kenya Innovative Finance Facility for Water (KIFFWA) and as a Team Leader at Kenya’s Sustainable Urban Economic Development (SUED) Program. Duncan also serves a Board Director for the East Africa Venture Capital Association and the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund. He holds an honors degree in Computing and Retail Management from Oxford.
