Ms Teplova has been working at the OECD since 2010 and is currently Head of the Division for Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development Goals and Senior Counsellor for Gender Equality, Justice and Inclusiveness in the Public Governance Directorate. She leads the OECD work on Gender Equality in Public Life and on Equal Access to Justice by developing international standards and advising governments on gender-sensitive policy-making and people-focused access to legal and justice services. She is also responsible for the OECD work on the governance for the SDGs and policy coherence for sustainable development.

This work spans OECD countries, the Middle East and North Africa region, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Central and Southeast Asia. Ms. Teplova started her career as Senior Analyst in the Canadian Public Administration where she was responsible for conducting research and analysis around public sector employment, integrity and management, as well as diversity practices. Ms Teplova holds a Doctorate Degree in Public Policy from Carleton University, Canada and a Strategy and Innovation Post Graduate Executive Diploma from the University of Oxford.
