Lawyer from the Javeriana University (Colombia), with a specialization in Constitutional Law from the Universidad del Rosario and Master’s studies in Constitutional Law from the University of Seville (Spain). She has served as Director of Legal Defense of the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State, Substantive Lawyer of the Constitutional Court, and Lawyer of the Auxiliary Attorney for Constitutional Affairs of the Attorney General’s Office. She has been a professor of constitutional law and State Legal Defense at the Universidad del Rosario, Javeriana and Externado de Colombia. Co-author of the book “The Guarantee of Social Rights” (Professors Collection, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, 2009) and author of the article “Labor rights in the Inter-American Human Rights System” published in Number 12 of the International Law Magazine of the University Javeriana.
