Pius is a long-serving civil servant, currently a PS/Secretary to Judiciary who has championed innovative reforms where he has worked which have boosted accountability and efficiency in Government programs. He holds two masters from the University of Manchester and ESAMI. He is an author of five books, prominent are; Abundance Mentality and Corruption: A tale of Wolves in sheep’s clothing.
