Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren was elected in County Court Judge, State of Florida, USA in 1997. Based on her specialized skills in mental health and disability rights, she was appointed to design, and preside over America’s 1st specialized mental health court. The court, a human rights diversionary strategy is a national and global model. Judge Wren, was selected Top 3 Finalists, Innovating Justice AwardS, HiiL 2013. She holds many honors; is an author, adjunct professor, and global speaker on mental health, TJ and innovating justice.
