Ross Maclaren is a program officer responsible for grantmaking in the Increasing Access to Justice program area. Based in our London office, he previously managed the Foundation’s grantmaking in Russia and Ukraine. Prior to joining Mott in 2006, he worked as director of the Institute for Sustainable Communities’ Russian Far East office in Khabarovsk. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in Central/Eastern European and Russian Area Studies from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
